2022 11U (Mosquito) Fall Tryouts
Submitted By Greg Stepaniak on Thursday, September 9, 2021
Once again this year we are looking at having fall tryouts for the 2022 11U team. This will allow us to have the team selected early, and to be able to work with the kids periodically throughout the winter in order to prepare them for the 2022 season. Mosquito baseball is very dependent on the pitcher and catcher positions. Due to rules specific to mosquito it is very important to develop a number of players to play these positions. This is where the primary focus of these winter workouts will be.

In order to register for the 2022 Mosquito Tryouts, thi registration form must be filled out.

2022 MOSQUITO REP TRYOUTS (Kincardine Minor Baseball)

For those that are not currently registered for the 2021 season, a $10 fee will be charged upon arrival to the first workout to cover insurance and facility costs.

For the tryouts, there will be 4 workouts.  Tryouts will occur over the next few weeks on yet to be determined dates

Evaluations will be performed by independent evaluators who will focus on the different facets of the game. We will be looking at fielding ability, throwing ability, hitting ability, and overall understanding of the game

We understand that this is a busy time of year, with hockey starting up and other fall activities. Missing one tryout will not make or break a player's ability to make the team as we will be looking at performances across the tryouts as a whole.

If your player is interested in trying out, please click on the above registration link.

Thank you
