2018 Reg Daze Memorial KMBA Bantam Tournament
The Kincardine Bantam OBA's are Champs!!
The Kincardine Bantam OBA team won the 2018 Reg Daze Memorial KMBA Bantam Tournament with a record of 5-0.
They started their quest for the cup on Friday playing their opening game in Port Elgin against Saugeen Shores at 3pm with a final score of 12-0. They played on a raining Saturday morning against Kingville to a final score of 10-0 with the final game of a rainy day against Markham with a 9-5 score seeding them in 2nd place and a trip to the semis at 11:30am Sunday against North London. The Cards would come out victorious with a score of 9-5 and a spot in the finals against Listowel at 2:30. Even though Listowel had home field advantage the team never gave up and battled right to the last out to raise the cup as the 2018 Reg Daze Memorial Champs!! This group of young men played with heart and grit all weekend thru weather and even when they were down the fought back and each and everyone of them earned the medals they were presented.
