Convenor Duties

  • Hand out Team Packages Prior to First Game
  • Ensure there are enough balls to get through your ‘shift’
  • Perform the Coin Flip each game (furthest team from diamond calls)
  • Hand out Lineup Cards and Official Scoresheet
  • Ensure teams’ know: Home is Official Scorer, Away does Pitchcount
  • Let Head Convenor know score at end of game
  • Collect scoresheets and make sure they get to Head Convenor
  • Ensure website/scoreboard banner get updated with scores
